Our Reformer Certification program not only equips you to lead dynamic, athletic-style classes that are revolutionizing the Pilates industry, but also provides a strong foundation in classical Reformer exercises. This comprehensive training will elevate your skills as an instructor, ensuring you're highly effective in any teaching environment. You’ll learn how to create intelligent, results-driven programming that challenges clients of all levels, while mastering cueing, class flow, and injury modifications.
We go beyond the basics—our program includes in-depth training on pre- and postnatal modifications, common injuries, and medical conditions we regularly see at our own studios, led by our in-house physical therapist. You'll develop expert-level understanding of proper form, biomechanics, and alignment, as well as advanced cueing and counting techniques that enhance client performance and safety. Our Cadillac Certification program was created from a deep passion for this incredibly versatile and often underutilized piece of equipment. As the world’s only full Cadillac studio offering group athletic classes, we’ve spent years refining our approach—developing innovative techniques and programming that blend creativity with precision, for both group and private training.
With over 50 Cadillac classes taught weekly for more than five years, we bring unmatched expertise in both choreography and safety. Thousands of clients have trained on the Cadillacs in our studios, giving us real-world insight into what works, what doesn’t, and how to adapt for every body. From injury prevention to advanced progressions, we know the ins and outs of this apparatus—and we’re ready to teach you everything we’ve learned.

Mat teacher Training
Your Mat training encompasses all the classical and contemporary variations of Joseph Pilates' repertoire. We offer comprehensive instruction, including counting and cueing techniques, addressing common challenges, Pilates for pregnancy, effective class beginnings and endings, access to a private support group, and choreography resources to help you fulfill your teaching hours. Our studio, along with our partnering studios, will provide you with the necessary space to complete all your teaching hours.
In addition to your foundational training, we offer scheduled choreography dates where you can learn to teach a wide range of Pilates styles—from dynamic athletic flows to restorative sequences and prop-based variations. These sessions are designed to keep your teaching fresh, fun, and aligned with the needs of diverse client populations.
Whether you’re looking to specialize in a specific niche or just want to build a more versatile class library, our choreography dates provide the tools and inspiration to do so.
