Sunday Pilates - Pilates Classes & Studio Las Vegas

Sunday 101

If this class was a boombox it would be outside your window blasting Let’s Stay Together, on repeat. While our Reformer 101 session is a wonderful starting place for beginners due to the slower pace, it’s also a great refresher for those seeking to review the Pilates fundamentals before moving on to other good times in the studio a.k.a our more advanced class offerings. Say it with us: Great form is sexy!

Sunday Athletic

Our Athletic Reformer studio session is a classic baby, it’s never going out of style. Suitable for all fitness levels this signature class applies a modern approach to Pilates using the Pilates Allegro 2 Reformer. We’re talking full body workout in an upbeat and encouraging environment to strengthen and tone those major muscle groups - with an emphasis on your core.

Sunday  Assets: abs, ass + arms

We love a class dedicated to the A team of your body! This reformer class takes you through a series of flows that focuses on your best assets; arms, abs and ass! This 50 minute arm pumping, ab crunching, and ass shaking class will feel you leaving invigorated in all your best places!

Sunday Pilates - Pilates Classes & Studio Las Vegas

Sunday Classic

This 50 minute Reformer class is all about giving you a 100% pure Reformer workout with no added props. We spend the entire class on The Reformer working on technique, Pilates breath work, and simple movements that result in big changes to your body. We are taking this class back to the classical repertoire to give your body long lean lines, improved posture, and a healthier happier body!

Sunday Sculpt

This class keeps it real (and tough!) by incorporating heavy weights as you burn n’ firm your way to leaner muscles. By combining the best of both fitness modalities, this Reformer session builds bone mass and keeps you burning calories way after the class has ended. Au revoir, small weights - hello muscles!

*Core Tip: Try to incorporate this class 1-2x a week and you will see improvements in your strength, mood, muscles, and joints!

Sunday Jumpboard

If you don’t always enjoy traditional cardio or are maybe looking to boost your reformer experience with something fresh - we built this class with you in mind! Jump + Sculpt is a fast-paced version of our classic Athletic Flow structure. We’ll keep the beats bumping and your heart pumping with an attachment added to the end of your machine that allows you to work up a sweat with very little stress on the joints. Just a nice little way to tell your body “hey thanks!” but also “let’s get to work.” - are you with us?

Sunday Barre

We took our favorite two workouts and combined them into one of the best classes yet. This class combines our Athletic Flow class with Ballet barre work and your muscles are going to love you forever after this one! Get ready to lengthen, strengthen , and tone like never before. 

Sunday Stretch

Imagine yourself in a candlelit room with aromatherapy after a long day. *sighhh* This Reformer class slows down your practice by combining slow flows that will leave you feeling enlightened, open, and taller. We take your spine through different ranges of motions and movement to help open the spine and release tension and ease the stress of everyday life. Candlelight Reformer is an excellent addition to your normal exercise routine in place of a higher intensity class when your body needs a little break. Come stretch it out and show your muscles some love at Core - let’s get lit.

Sunday Foundations

This class is for new clients who have never tried Pilates. We give you an overview of the equipment and how to use it along with a taste of the workout to get you started with classes!

Sunday Sweat

This is our signature Athletic Reformer class, with a fat burning high-intensity interval training twist. Our internal formats will give you a major “whoa!” - like in Flashdance where she busts a move dancing to ‘What A Feeling’ type of whoa. To obtain an increased heart rate, this format will alternate between reformer work and HITT making it the perfect mix of calorie blasting good times. If you’re looking for a high-intensity experience while still honoring the classic Pilates principles - Sunday Sweat is your cup of tea.Level: 2/3
